At FINS Swim School, our mission is to help swimmers of all ages and skill levels conquer their fear of water, build confidence, and refine their techniques through structured, individualized lessons. As a family-owned and operated business since 2000, FINS has grown to seven successful locations. The Next FINS Franchisee?
We are looking for franchisees who have at least a basic understanding of swimming and a natural aptitude for education or working with youth. Ideal candidates should be strong communicators who are not only passionate about the business but skilled at connecting with children and their families. While a background in swimming or teaching is preferred, we also welcome those with prior business experience who are eager to learn. Our franchise partners will be capable of building credibility within their community and aligned with our core values.
- Financially qualified (minimum $1,750,000 investment capability with a minimum of $750,000 liquid assets per location).
- Minimum of three (3) years of sales experience (within last 10 years) of a business with recurring revenue OR Minimum of three (3) years sales experience with average sale of 500+ per transaction.
- For Multi-Unit Commitment (3+): Minimum of two (2) years of multi-unit management experience with P&L responsibility
- For Multi-Unit Commitment (3+): Must have experience developing/opening new locations
- Must have a “sales/marketing” personality
- Demonstrated they have the ability to operate a business successfully (other business, business career, systems implementation).
- No interest in a competing business (swim school or swim lessons)
